Hey! I’m Chris, 22-year old International Relations graduate and long-time cycling enthusiast and scout. I’ll be cycling the full route from Maastricht to Malta and will be joined for some of the way by Jack, Jonathan and Tom. As for what’s to come next after this trip? Keeping all options open!

Hello all! My name is Jack. I’m joining on this trip up until Luxembourg and then heading back home to Maastricht to continue my studies. I will start a Masters in Criminology and Law. I think it’s great that we can tie this trip to charity work and support the idea. I’m excited by this whole adventure and can’t wait to get going!

Jonathan Mercieca

 

 

I’m Jonathan, 19-year-old mechanical engineering student and brother of Chris. Cycling has been one of my hobbies for the past few years. I’m excited for this trip as it will be my first time cycling outside Malta, so the change of scenery will be welcome. I hope to be joining for the last leg of the route from Sicily to Malta.

Hey there! I’m Tom, a 22 year old mechanical engineering student who is always working hard at doing anything but studying. I have a number of hobbies, the greatest of which is cycling. I got to know Chris quite a few years ago when we were in sixth form together and then got to know him even better through scouts. We also started going cycling together, always trying to find the next awesome route every time. This latest route of his by far takes the cake, even though I’m sure Chris is going to take it in his stride. Like Jonathan, I’ll be joining for the last part of this great trip, down from Sicily to Malta. Looking forward!
